Nagios plugin for checking spam blacklists

Hey there,

I was just reading #5724, and I wanted to point out this Nagios plugin:

Palante Tech uses this for some of our clients - it seems like MF/PL could use it to know when a server is on a blacklist without having to be told by a member.

Thanks Jon, this seems like a good feature to add. Currently, I'm not sure how to add this particular plugin as it doesn't seem to be packaged for debian. Throwing it over to jamie for review.

See also email deliverability strategies.

I've started working on a script that parses our mail logs and notifies nagios. I think the nagios check of rbl's is a great idea and would work well in combination. That work should be tracked in #831.

This ticket describes a different strategy which I think compliments #831.
