#5554 closed Question/How do I...? (wontfix)

Two SSL cert sites on same hosting order?

Reported by: Owned by: Ross

Sensitive: no

On the hosting order I want to host two sites that support SSL. How can I achieve this? Do I need a new dedicated IP? These two sites have different domains and no subdomains.

I found this guide on how to do this with virtual hosts in Apache. Will this work in the web configuration tab?

I can provide more specific information via email (support at unionwebservices dot com)

Thanks. -Luke Sideris

Hi Luke,

This sounds like a great feature. I'm not sure, however, if we can implement this or not. I'm assigning this ticket to dkg who will have a better sense of how we might do so.

Hi Luke,

Having discussed this with dkg, it seems that our current architecture isn't configured for this setup. You'll need to create a new hosting order for each of these sites and we'll then create ip addresses for each of the https sites.
