Horde Staging Database?

Reported by: Ross Owned by: Jamie McClelland

Description

Looking at the horde-staging /usr/share/local/horde-staging/config/conf.php file I noticed this line:

$confsql?database? = 'horde';

This makes me think that the staging and live server are reading from the same database, which seems like it's not the intention of the setup. Am I correct in this assumption? If so should we have horde-staging reading from the horde_staging database?

$conf['sql']['database'] = 'horde';

is what that line should have read

You are correct - somehow it looks like the live conf.php file made it into the staging config directory. That's completely wrong and a bit disturbing.

I've stored backup copies of each config file in /usr/local/etc/horde. I've restored the proper staging config file.
