Description

Hello,

I set up an autoresponder but it's not working....

I also don't understand how to set up different ones for different email addresses of mine? Is that not possible?

i have my email "imap"'d with a gmail account (booo, i know), could that be affecting it?

Also, please specifically explain how I can find this ticket again because I never seem to be able to find it again, and I don't get notifications when a reply to my tickets happens... Thanks so much...

Julie,

Hi might I ask where are you setting up the autoresponder, email client or member control panel? Are you using these instructions?

Are the email addresses on the same account?

To find this ticket when you login to Trac there is a link that says <View Tickets> that will list the tickets you have created, whether they are closed or not.

yes, i did all that, i followed the instructions from the autoresponder FAQ... went into "my settings" etc...

it's not working...

but also, how do you do it for different email accounts if they're under the same user?
