Hi Jennifer,

We can create this request for you, but we recommend that you create these requests yourself. Since certificates are something you'll need to acquire on your own from a certificate provider, you'll be best served by understanding how to do this.

Can you try following these FAQs to create the request.

First get ssh access to your server following these instructions:

https://support.mayfirst.org/wiki/secure_shell

Then run the commands listed in these instructions:

https://support.mayfirst.org/wiki/get_security_certificate

Once you create the requests, then you can go to a certificate provider and get the actual certificate at which point we will create an ip address specifically for your new certificate.

If you try and cannot create the requests, let us know and we'll be happy to do it for you.

Hi Jennifer,

I apologize, I just saw the email exchange you had with jamie. I'll go ahead and get this request set up for you tonight.

Hi Jennifer,

I've created your signing request. You should have received an email with the request attached.
