First, some administrivia - you won't be able to respond to this unless you're logged in.

Assuming your list is @lists.mayfirst.org, take the list name (which is the first part of the e-mail address before the @) and substitute it into the link below (for "<listname>"):

http://lists.mayfirst.org/roster/<listname>

Then you can copy/paste that list into OpenOffice Calc or Microsoft Excel.

Thanks for this - So lemme get this straight: I enter, for example,

http://lists.mayfirst.org/roster/<rttc>

into Excel - where do I do this in Excel? Ive never done this before.

Thanks,

Mark

When I'm in Excel and go to File/Open URL and enter this address, it says the address is not valid.

Sorry, that should be: http://lists.mayfirst.org/roster/rttc

Note that if you have anyone in "digest" mode (getting all the day's e-mails in one big e-mail) then you'll have two lists on that page, so be sure to copy/paste both (one at a time).

Also, you should be entering that URL into your web browser rather than Excel.

I entered that URL into a browser and get the following error:

Not Found

The requested URL /roster/rttc was not found on this server.

Are you getting something different?

Hi there,

Try http://lists.mayfirst.org/mailman/roster/rttc

Whew, that's it. Thanks much. The first URL was missing "mailman"

Hi,

This URL is no longer working for a list that I am subscribed to and have logged in as an admin:

https://lists.mayfirst.org/mailman/roster/ai-cs

I get

403 Forbidden
nginx

Thanks, -Mallory

Actually, it's fine if I navigate from the listinfo page and submit my email and password. Funny that I can't view this if I am logged in as admin but it's probably not an actual issue so I'm closing it (again).
