Hi, I am a teacher who uses the "Media Literacy Toolbox" with my classes every year. I cannot access the website or in order to use the activity and discussion guides. Can you help me? Thank you, Kelly Henson

These questions are actually related to a Palante Tech client's website; I'll look into it and will handle this from here.

We're having some trouble with this. At first we thought it was CNAME records, but we ditched all of those, and went to A name records.

Here are the details: OK, so the following domains don't work:

Digs work just fine for these domains. All but one of these domains ( has an entry in the Web config for the account.

Hi all – I actually figured out that there were some errors in our web configuration; all of the domains are working properly now.

Kelly, unfortunately I'm not sure what MLP is doing with the content that used to be up on the Media Literacy Toolbox site. You many want to get in touch with them and ask them. But thank you for pointing out this larger problem that we weren't aware of!
