I'm unable to send/receive my emails, as are a few other people in the City Lights office (Andy, Peter, Stacey, and possibly more).

Hi - sorry for not responding directly to your problem earlier.

Thursday our support team member Ross discovered that the mail server on malcolm had stopped funtioning. He restarted it thursday afternoon, which I am fairly confident fixed the problem you were experiencing. If you are still experiencing this problem - please re-open the ticket.
