I cannot get into my Mayfirst email address

Everytime I enter my info to access my mayfirst email address it tells me my username or password is wrong.

I still have access to my email via thunderbird, but I need to retrieve an email I sent from the mayfirst email a few days ago

Can you use thunderbird to look at your sent-mail folder? or is thunderbird configured to look at a different e-mail account than the one you don't have access to?

When you get the authentication failure, what system are you using?

Hi Jeremy,

Agreed that checking sent-mail on Thunderbird should get you those same e-mails. However, it sounds like Thunderbird knows your correct password, but it's not what you think it is.

You can check what Thunderbird has saved as your password by going to the Tools menu->Options, Security button, Passwords tab, and pressing "Saved Passwords", then "Show Passwords".
