the client ffcct.org receives this message when trying to access their email on jones :


The connection has timed out

  • The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
  • If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
  • If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Sorry it took us so long to reply to this!

Since the error message above is from firefox, it sounds like your client was using webmail, but it's not clear to me what webmail interface they were using. Do you know what URL they were trying to use?

You can use standard MF/PL webmail via https://roundcube.mayfirst.org/ or https://webmail.mayfirst.org/

If you have any more details about what trouble the user was having, feel free to add them to this ticket.
