When logged into mayfirst people link the top right corner is flashing the message "EMAIL ADDRESS NOT SET!"

We need to set this up. Currently it seems like we do have an email on file, but it is not correct, and apparently the email address was never set.

Hi mnn,

That flashing message is created by the support system and only refers to your login here on the support system. If you click on it, you can enter your email address into the support system and then you'll be notified by email every time someone responds to a ticket that you post.

However, it may also be true that your MNN billing contact email is not properly setup.

Since you can login as the mnn user - you have full member control over your account.

You can login to the members control panel as the mnn user, then click the Members Area, followed by selecting "Contacts" from the services drop down and edit your contact.

Great thanks. How do I select which is the main email for this account? IE the one password requests and alerts get sent to? Currently it seems like it is set to our billing contact, but that office only handles payments, not day-to-day operations.

The password resets always go to the billing contact - however, you can add more than one billing contact.
