Description

ability to override configuration file in situ for admin

Is it possible? How could this be done, maybe for only some variables like time or number of items.

Hi Mallory,

At the moment, this is fully possible. If you re-save the meeting (via Drupal), the configuration file will be completely re-written with the current variables.

Only the owner of the meeting should be able to do this.

If a meeting has already started, and the rooms are changed, this could cause some unpredictable stuff - like rights disappearing. Also, changing the short name will simply create a brand new meeting in a new directory, orphaning the original.

I think I'm going to re-summarize this ticket to prevent certain variables from being changed after a meeting has been created. I think short name and rooms should be frozen after initial creation (ideally it would allow you to change these too if the meeting hadn't started, but that's way more complicated to try to figure out - so perhaps for now it just can't be changed).

I think it's safe to change the title, languages, and annoucnement.
