As of the last couple days one of the interns at our office is not receiving emails that are sent to her at jessica@…. I sent one to her just a few minutes ago and it did not go through. From what I can tell nothing has changed with her user account. Any ideas?

Judging from our logs, I'm seeing 7 successful deliveries to jessica in our mail logs. The last one was delivered at Jan 6 15:41:18.

Can you post the from address and approximate time that you sent the message that did not go through?

Hi Jamie,

Here's the info on the email that I sent to Jessica that she says she didn't receive.

She was viewing her email messages via logging into Maybe she's doing something wrong.

Hi Phil - thanks for posting the header. That's the message that was received at 15:41 (and I can see it in her inbox). Maybe her Inbox needs to be re-sorted by date?

Great. I think you were right. Once I helped her resort her inbox by date she could see her recent emails.
