Error generating https certificate

Reported by: bscaa Owned by: JaimeV

Description

Hello,

Recieving the following error trying to change http://wiki.bscaa.coop to https:

"Error! 2021-09-24 21:07:59 Generating your https certificate failed. Please ensure that all the domains listed for this configuration are properly assigned the IP address for the server. You can always add more domains at a later date. Or you can change your site to http only for now."

When using http mode, we see the correct index file from our hosting folder. With https enabled (but not working properly), we see the page "Welcome to didier.mayfirst.org."

Nameservers for the subdomain are pointing to a.ns.mayfirst.org and b.ns.mayfirst.org.

Hi , my sincere apologies this ticket slipped past me last week. The issue with generating your certificate was due to a missing DNS record for www.wiki.bscaa.coop this domain was included in your web config but no DNS record was crated to point to didier. I removed this domain from your web configuration leaving just wiki.bscaa.coop and saved again and the cert was generated correctly.
