Description
The shared directory on NextCloud cannot be accessed by any members of our organization. It is completely vanished. We need to get access to that data ASAP.

We ran into some issues with some maintenance steps we performed post upgrade last night. We will be working the next few hours to restore from backups to the state before the upgrade and run again.
