I also tried to access by www.mailweb.com and was unable there as well, so I don’t think it’s my Mac Mail configuration, but I am attaching the screen shots anyway….
let me know if you see anything wrong. There are the same configurations as when it was working fine.

I can't figure out how to upload the screen shots on this very user unfriendly interface....

Thank you, can you check if are able to connect with your username and password using one of our web based e-mail clients at https://roundcube.mayfirst.org ?
In your web configuration can you try either unchecking the TLS/SSL checkbox , connections should automatically be upgraded to STARTTLS if connecting over port 110 as our servers will not allow unencrypted connections. Alternatively leave TLS/SSL checkbox activated but change the port to 995. Also be sure to enter your password in the password field.

Any luck Peter? The other issues members were having with Mac Mail turned out not to be related to Mac Mail itself so it seems more likely to be a configuration issue in this case.

No luck. I still cannot access my email. This is very frustrating. Maybe we can try re-setting my password? And see if that works? Or do you have another suggestion?

Peter did you try logging in via our web mail system at https://roundcube.mayfirst.org like I mentioned above?

I tried to login at https://roundcube.mayfirst.org and it would not let me

You can reset your password using this form https://members.mayfirst.org/resetpass/
A password reset link will be sent to the main contact for the "Centro de Estudios para el Cambio en el Campo Mexicano" membership <anatetelpan@…>
Is that address correct? That address is also used as the billing contact and I noticed that your membership is several years behind in membership dues. We haven't received your organization's dues since 2017.

When I put my email, rosset@… , in to the reset password link, it says they are unable to locate that email....

The resetpass interface asks for your user name, not your full e-mail address.

Hi, we are getting similar reports from other users of Mac Mail. We are still investigating if there is a connection between these cases and what the cause might be. Can you send us screenshots of your configuration?
