GGJ Email Issue

Hi~ Since about 3am ET this morning, my kelly@… email account has not received new emails nor has cindy@…. I have both accounts on my computer and neither have downloaded new emails. I'm able to successfully send emails from both accounts but nothing is being received. I've tested this with my yahoo account--I received the send email right away to yahoo account but have not received the response I sent. This is happening on my computer and on my phone. This is also happening on Cindy's computer so I assume it's an account issue. I noticed that last Friday that all of a sudden we received a bunch of emails all at once, that had been sent earlier in the morning. I thought it may be an issue with my computer but now I wonder if all connected. This weekend everything seemed normal with the emails until this morning. I'm waiting to hear back from co-workers if they also have had any email problems (but no one has flagged anything yet). Thanks for your insight & knowledge with this!

UPDATE- 2 of my coworkers [sha@… & yahaira@…] also have not received emails this morning so I'm assuming it's a larger problem? I've CC'd Sha and our new Director of Communications Rucha on this ticket. Thank you!

UPDATE- more coworkers say they have not receive emails today. we are waiting to hear from our coworkers with @ittakesroots.org accounts to see if they're also impacted

Weighing in here to say this seems to be an issue across our whole team, none of us are receiving emails and a few others have said the last one they received was also around 3am.

Hello! Grassroots Global Justice Alliance staff are not receiving their emails. I am echoing the ticket request by others. Please let us know when this issue can be fixed. We have a full week with actions, etc., and would like this to be resolved soon. Thank you!

It seems that this is something related to only GGJ emails on the june server, the ittakesroots.org emails are not being impacted on the erica server.

I'm really sorry for the slow response - I've restarted the failed anti virus scanner and email should be flowing now.

Thank you Jamie! All the emails seem to be coming in now.

Last Friday early afternoon 9/11, there also seemed to be a delay of maybe 1 hour that emails weren't coming in. Could it be connected? Anything to look out for future? As our new Communications Director, Rucha will continue to follow-up on future issues, but I'm curious if I should look out for anything as Cindy's assistant (i LIVE in her inbox, lol, and tend to notice asap if her mass of emails aren't coming in).
