Description
Hello. I'm working on adding a DKIM record to our DNS. Does MayFirst support 2048-bit keys?
Also, the instructors from our email provider instruct adding a specific "name" to the TXT record. Is this the "Full Domain Name?"

Hi, I'm very sorry for the delay on this. If you are using our DNS server but adding the DKIM text record for another mail server you can do so by adding a DNS record through the MFPL control panel.
Unfortunately are not able to add DKIM sigining keys for domains using our own shared hosting infrastructure at this time. The new version of our system which we will be deploying this summer will allow for doing this.
You can create an spf record for your domain from the control panel which will also aid in delivery. https://support.mayfirst.org/wiki/faq/email/add-spf-record
Let me know if you have any other questions.
