Added two users in Red, one isn't visible in Nextcloud

Hi there,

Yesterday I created two users in Red: "megaphone-dennis" and "megaphone-irene". Both users can log in successfully to their control panel.

I tried sharing files with them in Nextcloud (share.mayfirst.org). "megaphone-dennis" was found; "megaphone-irene" was not. "megaphone-irene" is still not visible today, which makes me think it didn't sync properly. Could you please take a look? Thanks!

Hi, new users need to login to our NextCloud instance at least once before they will appear there.
