Hi Jamie,

For whatever reason, the email forward doesn't seem to be working for info@… and I've tested other forwards on other hosting orders and they work fine. The forwarding emails are typed in correctly.

After checking the logs it looks like outlook servers are blocking forwarded mails from claudette. They have banned claudette's ip address.

I've attempted to delist the ip but they require the sending e-mail and the ip address. They will send an e-mail to the sending address you offer them, I'm not sure if it actually has to be the address that is attempting to send or not. I just used the support e-mail address for now.

Thanks for looking into that. Is Is this a static IP address for Claudette, ? Our infosys thinks that if he whitelists Claudette's static IP that he can fix the issue,
