Description (last modified by David Valdez)

Accord with our monitoring tools has been down for a few minutes every day since we moved it to the current server, even the last week it went down in the middle of a presentation so we were wondering if it would be possible to move the site to a different server.

We also have in a different server (and it is a similar site) without problems so far.

Is it possible to move Eliot School to the same server as Metal Werx?

We would like to resolve the issue on amilcar but we understand this has been problematic for you. I can move the site for you during off hours.

I've created a new hosting order on claudette and copied the data over however the site will not go live on claudette until your DNS records for the domain are changes to point to claudette's ip

Also a TLS certificate cannot be enabled for the new hosting order until the DNS change is made for all of the domains pointing to the site,

So we should coordinate at the moment you make the change or if you feel comfortable doing so change the web configuration in the new hosting order to enable https once you've allowed time for the DNS change to propagate.

Hi Jaime.

We changed the DNS and updated the web configuration in the new site and now is poiting to claudette.

Thank you for your help!

One last thing, I was trying to edit the configuration to redirect all the www requests to the non-www domain but I got this error:

You cannot modify a record that with the status set to transfer-limbo.

Can you help us to change the status?

Thanks again!

Be sure to be edit the web configuration within the new version of the hosting order. I will go ahead and delete the temporary one left on amilcar to avoid confusion.
