Arg. So sorry. I think I did this last year - I need to add a comment to my code. I though putting in '2019-06-17' would mean it would end at midnight on 2019-06-17 but it means it ends at 12:01 on 2019-06-17. It should be fixed now. Thanks for brining this to our attention.
