Description

Hello, we have a dedicated email address for our organization's tech department. Can status updates for any tickets opened by individuals on our domain be sent to that centralized address in addition to the individual who opened the ticket?

Anytime you open a ticket you can add additional addresses in the Cc: field to ensure they receive copies of updates to the ticket.
