Description

Most, if not all, of our domain is not able to connect to their email accounts. Email receipt was spotty this morning and it now appears to have stopped completely. The error message received on the Apple Mail app is "Trying to log in to this SMTP account failed. Verify that the username and password are correct."

I can confirm this going on with my MFPL mail accounts.

offlineimap gives the error:

PLAIN authentication failed: [UNAVAILABLE] Account is temporarily unavailable.
LOGIN authentication failed: [UNAVAILABLE] Account is temporarily unavailable.
ERROR: All authentication types failed:
        PLAIN: [UNAVAILABLE] Account is temporarily unavailable.
        LOGIN: [UNAVAILABLE] Account is temporarily unavailable.
*** Finished account 'mfpl' in 1:00

Haven't looked at what is happening on the server side yet. Here's some relevant client config.

Will look into this more later, if I have time, but leaving open for others to explore further.

Hi, there was huge spike in disk io for all virtual machines on physical host wiwa earlier. We had to stop services temporarily on some guests but are bringing them back up now. You should seem improvements soon.

All services are back up on wiwa guests and disk usage has stabalized again. Let us know if you experience any other issues.
