Description

Hi I am the new administrator of this site, this server its a little bit different of what I am use to so I have a few questions that hopefully you could help me.

  1. We are redoing the whole site, to prevent the page going to mainteinance mode I want to clone the page and put it in a subfolder to make the changes there without compromising the current site. I usually do this in order I can access through www.bosquedeniebla.com.mx/newsite, I read in the forum of a similar situation that I have to create a hosting order to, just checking with you .
  1. I can not see where the domain is pointed, which folder cointain the page. The past admin did a mess with the folders in the page creating a lot. How can I see and change where the domain is pointed. Do you have a tutorial or something similar of which folders are part of the server in order to know which ones can I erase to have more order in the file manager ?

I look in your forum and I saw that this info is on Web configuration > edit > advance settings > mount point but when I go to this section the message "Only available to administrators " appeared, its the only user created and I try to find out if there is a switch to make my user administrator, I could not find it.

I found 3 wordpress pages on the next folder /home/members/lascanadas/sites/bosquedeniebla.com.mx/web /home/members/lascanadas/sites/bosquedeniebla.com.mx/web/nueva /home/members/lascanadas/sites/bosquedeniebla.com.mx/web/vieja

I am not sure which page the domain is pointed to, the client says is in /nueva but I am not sure

I hope you can answer my questions, thank you
