Owncloud not syncing

Description

Owncloud doesn't seem to be syncing properly. I get a green check, but files are missing. I also get the message "The server version 13.0.7.2-Nextcloud is unsupported" Could this have anything to do with it? Also, I've been using the owncloud client rather than nextcloud, is that a problem at this point?

Hi, I need to ask for more details to help debug this. What version of the owncloud/nextcloud client are you using? On what operating system Windows/Mac/Linux? Are files from the client side not to syncing to the server or not syncing from the server to the client? Have you tried access your files directly from the web interface at https://share.mayfirst.org?

Hi, THe owncloud client that we're using is 2.5.1, build 10818 (I recently upgraded, so that might be part of the problem) and I'm working on macs. Others in the office use windows, but I don't know if they are having problems. It appears that files from the client side are syncing to the server, but they don't show up on other clients. I can access files from the server. I'm not using a nextcloud client since I was told that there are problems with it on macs. Thanks, Liz

Thank you. Do you see the same behavior happen when you upload files and try to sync files through the web interface? Do other people in the office see the files you've uploaded through the web interface? Do they see them if they access through the web interface?

We need to test these separate combinations to determine if the problem is really your client.
