Raising email recipient cap for one of our user accounts

Hi Mayfirst support,

One of our employee email accounts, don@…, is consistently encountering a cap on the number of recipients when he sends emails. Can you raise or remove this cap in his account settings? If there has to be a set number, please set it to 20.

Hi, there is a cap but it is much higher than 20. I suspect don may not be using as their outgoing mail server. Please check the configuration for their e-mailclient/app and ensure that they are using the above server for both incoming and outgoing mail.
