Description

Perhaps a month or so ago, the WordPress ninja forms plugin generated contact form at https://www.mediasanctuary.org/contact stop sending notification emails to us on submission. Spent some time looking into this and wonder if May First has advice. Seems something changed on the server and now we need to set up SMTP for the WordPress site?

thanks, rm

I am not sure what the cause of this might be. We have have been running updates over the past few months and all sites are running on PHP 7 be default now. If you are able to configure your plugin to use smtp try using server bulk.mayfirst.org

Thanks. Will try smpt with bulk.mayfirst.org. FYi, just got error while visiting https://bulk.mayfirst.org:

bulk.mayfirst.org uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for lists.people-link.net Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Right, that domain is not setup as a website you can visit in the browser but as an smtp server it should be accessible from other May First servers.
