I'm now able to log into the dashboard, but my account lacks permissions for editing or adding to most of the sections. Can you please take a look and make sure my account has all the necessary permissions? Thanks in advance!

I've just checked and you should have hosing order access and server access now. Let us know if you are still having trouble with the control panel.

I just logged in again and still cannot do things like add user accounts.

Ok, sorry about the trouble. What is the error you are receiving, you can upload a sceenshot if that is quicker. Also copying jamie here.

just attached a couple screenshots. There are not buttons available to add user accounts or email accounts. Also the benefits level blank for some reason.

Ok, I'm going to change your account access temporarily while I run some tests and will restore it when I'm done.

I think I found the problem - the benefits level was not set on the membership. Can you try it again? I'm really sorry, we just switched to a new system for setting up memberships and it looks like this is a bug with it.
