Problem opening spreadsheet files in CODE

One user is having a problem opening spreadsheet documents in Nextcloud in the CODE editor. Instead of showing the editor, it displays on the screen:

She can download the spreadsheet file no problem. The same documents are openable from other user accounts - it's just rmerton experiencing the problem.

Also, she's not seeing the problem when attempting to open word processor documents.

I'm sorry I didn't get to this sooner - it looks like our logs have rotated and I don't have access to any more info about this error. Can you ask the user to try again to access a spread sheet document? Also, do you know what operating system and browser she is using?

I am using Chrome on Windows, but I have also tried accessing it using Chrome on Mac and got the same error.

Ack - sorry I wasn't more clear - I still need the request id and IP address (as you posted in the original!). And, have you tried in Firefox instead of Chrome?

I'm sorry - this is a little nutty with the lag time; being a go-between and just having gotten back from a vacation...

Unfortunatley, I'm not getting anything useful from the log.

Can we try a different tact: Can you ask the user to try getting the file using Firefox instead of Chrome? Or, to ensure they are using the latest version of Chrome?

And, can you share with me the path and name of the file with the problem?
