Can’t access full features of Control Panel

Description

Hello,

We have no access to server settings in our control panel. We’ll like to add more users and create a website but can’t access to the server vis FTP nor changes anything.

I already tried with Filezilla and the FTP client you recommend, and nothing goes.

Can you help us reviewing the membership status?

Hi - are you logging into https://members.mayfirst.org/cp with the username sosnica? That should provide full access to your hosting order and membership.

We have a help file here: https://support.mayfirst.org/wiki/control-panel/overview which provides some screen shots of the main functionality of the control panel. Does that help?

Hi,

I’m logged in with the username sosnica and I only have access to the user account and email service feature, with no possibility of changing anything.

I'm really sorry Damaris! Your membership was setup as a basic membership (which only has access to one user account and one email address). I didn't notice that at first. I just bumped you to a standard membership which has full access. Does it work now?
