Not able to access .xlsx or .ods files on cloud. We are able to download but it won't allow us to view, or edit. Tried on multiple computers on different networks. (have also tried different sign-ins)

I think there might have been a problem with the collabora software that provides the online editing of documents. I've just restarted it. Can you try again now?
