Description

Several users in our organization are running out of space in their nextcloud shares, can we increase their space? Is there an extra charge?

Hi, how much extra space do you need? Can you pass me the specific account names?

Support and maintenance of the May First infrastructure is based almost entirely on membership fees. There are never any extra "charges" for any of the benefits available to members but we do ask that members who use proportionally more of those resources contribute more depending on their ability to do so. I'll copy jamie here to answer any other questions you have about membership fees.

They currently have 5gb and would like to have 10gb.

As for the fees, I don't think I'm they right person to talk to, but you're welcome to demand a fair increase to our billing contact.

Ok, I have increased the quota to 10GB for each of those logins. We would appreciate you mentioning this to whomever is your billing contact.
