Email whitelisting - this is a new domain for a company we work with and we would like to ensure that there will be no issues of emails from that domain being marked as junk or otherwise not received.

Have you experienced problems with mail for that domain being marked as spam or not being recived? This shouldn't normally happen and may be worth looking into.

Also, copying jamie here, is it possible to outright exclude a domain or ip for spamassasin in this case jamie?

No, we haven't experienced any problems with mail from that domain.

Good question. The spam filters run server-wide - I believe that happens prior to any user filters running.

It's possible that a filter could be run against the spam folder to pull out any messages - but... our spam filters are pretty conservative (hence the first time any members has ever asked for this :).

Kris, if you agree, I'd like to suggest we hold off on attempting make any changes until we see at least one instance of this domain being sent to spam. Then at least we can check the logs to understand why it might have happened.
