Hi which domain and website is this for? Do you know which hosting order?

Domain is quixote.org and the hosting order is eagle.mayfirst.org

The problem our programmer is having is that my mayfirst (username = mfon) FTP account doesn't have "admin" permission to make edits. They are in need of the main master FTP account for the server access. On my end, I created a mysql database user account but they we're having the same issue. They are in need of the "host" for the database, because for some reason "quixote.org" isn't working for them.

I recommend they access the sever vía sftp with the main user account quixote because all website files and folders should be owned by this user. As an alternative to sharing the password for the user account quixote you can edit the user quixote in the Server Access tab of the control panel and add the ssh key of the person who will access the files via sftp.

The mysql host will always be localhost but cannot be accessed remotely. You must attempt to use mysql from an ssh connection o the server itself or though phpmyadmin at https://eagle.mayfirst.org/phpmyadmin using the mysql user and password
