Howdy there Just set up the email sophie@…, username sophiecl
She can send email just fine; not able to receive anything. Tested this from 2 computers.

What client is Stacy using?
Does she have the same problem when using webmail. i.e. is the email she should be receiving in her webmail folders? I ask because I just sent an email and it didn't get bounced nor was there any indication of problems when I sent it.
If this is the case, it's a configuration problem on the computer(s), as it often is in these cases. Could you check to see if the account is working on webmail and then go over those configs once more, please?
Then let us know what happens.
