This guide will show where you can make changes to your php.ini settings.

Let me know if that doesn't help.

You need to connect to the corresponding host server for your site via sftp or ssh to edit the php.ini settings.

I've gone ahead and edited your php.ini for you and set the memory limit to 128MB as per the text you pasted above. However looking at this closer I am not completely sure that this is the problem you are having.

I've used the wp-cli utility to check on your site and it reports that the Avada theme is up to date now. Are you still having problems with it?
