Description

Our team has been locked out of an email account that was managed by a person who is no longer on staff. The email is operations@…. Can we reset the password and get access to that account?

Sure, you can either use your control panel access to manually change the password for that user or you can use this form which will automatically send a new password to the billing e-mail contact we have on file for your membership.
