Hello There, I am not able to respond or forward emails. I keep getting SMTP (535) error.

Hi Andrea, Are you receiving this error when using our webmail interface https://roundcube.mayfirst.org or when using your own e-mail client on your phone or computer?

Can you try something for me? When you login to roundcube make sure you are entering your user login name in all lowercase letters. Once you login that way try to send e-mails.
