Hello - I am trying to set up my treo to pick up my mail from the Chavez server. I am realizing that I don't know some basic things. Am I correct that the mail type is IMAP? Also, I was not sure what my incoming and outcoming mail servers are - are they

Hi Amy - yes, your primary host is (if you ever forget, you can find your primary host by logging into the members control panel).

Our servers support both IMAP and POP. If you are configuring a portable device, I would recommend using either IMAP or, if you do use POP, to specify that your messages should remain on the server so that you will get a copy when you access the messages via your normal email program.
