Need to add a txt record to domain server, for Google Apps verification

We are trying to set up an organizational Google Apps/Drive account, but in order to do that we need to have our domain verified. Since the domain server is with mayfirst, a text record needs to be added to be added to our domain server to prove our organization owns our domain. How do we do this, do I just send it to you (let me know who) and mayfirst can add it, or can we do it, in which case I need some instruction. I have access to our master user name. Please let me know, thanks!

Through the MFPL control panel you can create new DNS records for your hosting order. You can create a text type record there for your domain with the details google provides. Let me know if you need more orientation.

Also, can you provide any links the google documentation they've given you?
