issue with saving into "sent" folder

Description

Sent an email and repeatedly got an error message saying there was a problem saving into the "Sent" folder, and prompting me to retry. My "sent" folder now has 6 copies of this same email and I have no idea whether my email has reached the intended recipient, 6x, once, or not at all.

This seems like it could be related to #11795 I didn't hear back from you there, were you able to try any of my suggestions?

Regaridng this problem, can you tell me if logging into our webmail interface https://roundcube.mayfirst.org and attempting to send e-mail from there produces the same results?
