Hi, it looks like your DNS servers are being managed elsewhere. We recently moved some of our servers from one data center to another which means their ip numbers changed. didier.mayfirst.or where your site is hosted is one of those. We sent out an e-mail to give everyone who manages their DNS entries elsewhere a heads up about this but you may not have received it. I will send you the new ip address you should point your domain to by e-mail.

I'm going to need an alternative e-mail address to send those details to you.

Hello, the person who helped with the creation of the site is no longer here. For future references please use connect@…. Also, how do we obtain our FTP files?

I've sent the details of the new ip address to that e-mail address. You will need get access to your current DNS server provider as you do not appear to be using mayfirst as your DNS provider.

We have a guide for sftp access.

You should be able to access your files with the user "mact". You can access your primary server
