Description

I cleaned out a ton of old email over the weekend, and moved lots of messages to the archived folder you had previously created, titled 2013-09-27.

Per the suggestion of the bot, I'd like it if you'd create another folder for me and do the same for all but the most recent 1000 messages in my inbox.

Thanks!

Mark Swier

Hi Mark,

We've moved all but 1000 messages from your inbox to .inbox-archive.2015-02-03

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Dana

Hey Mark,

I am not sure why you can't see it on the email client. Can you make sure the server settings are using mail.mayfirst.org?

Can you also confirm if you can see the folder when looking at https://roundcube.mayfirst.org? I see it in the directory structure, so I want to make sure you can see it via webmail to trouble shoot the rest.

Thanks,

Dana

I found it - this happened last time and I remembered I had to go in and 'subscribe' to the folder in order for it to show up. Meanwhile it seems to have scrubbed all the tags from the messages, does that seem right?

I am not sure what you mean by tags? From my understanding the messages are just moved into a directory outside of the inbox, I don't think that should affect anything else. Can you share what you mean by tag?
