All emails to my university's domain bounce

Reported by: Linda Swanson Owned by: Jamie McClelland

Description

Starting very early this morning, I have been unable to send any emails to anyone with an address ending with emu.edu. Apparently people with that address are able to use their email and there is no notice posted on Eastern Mennonite University's web page about any system failure. It's pretty awkward since I have just been in a summer school class and need to email my professor and classmates. What could be the problem? I've been emailing to emu.edu addresses for three years with no difficulty.

I'm using Thunderbird on a Mac with the latest system.

Thanks, Linda

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Linda. Looks like we had some routing problems on our server (I opened a technical ticket - #1029 to resolve them).

I believe this should be fixed now.

If you are still unable to email emu.edu, please re-open the ticket. Thanks!
