The email password for ACarrion was changed by MayFirst and the reset link was sent to Silky who is out of town until next year. We need somebody to send the reset link to akcarrion@…

Hi Aurea,

I notice there is the all staff email on the account too, I have added that email to be a billing contact too, so the emails for password reset should go there too now. You and acarrion seem to receive those emails too.

Let us know if that works.
