Description

Hi,

Two different people sent me multiple emails today that I did not get. I am worried there are other messages I didn't get. One person was within the system (alissa@…) and the other outside the system (chanarothman@…)

Please let me know how I can check to make sure I am not missing other mail,

thanks,

dara

Hi Dara,

Well, taking Alissa. At 4:27 pm today, Alissa sent you an email and it passed through our system

May 22 16:27:35 malcolm postfix/qmgr[28861]: 4C7978DDCC: from=<alissa@…>, size=107107, nrcpt=1 (queue active) May 22 16:27:35 malcolm amavis[32117]: (32117-02) Passed CLEAN, [209.51.163.17]

Then after queueing, etc., for like two seconds or something, it was delivered to you.

May 22 16:27:37 malcolm postfix/local[28013]: 4C7978DDCC: to=<darajf@…>, relay=local, delay=2.7, delays=0.06/0.02/0/2.6, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered to command: /usr/bin/maildrop)

"status=sent, usr/bin/maildrop" means it was delivered

Is this the one you think is not arriving? (*about 4:27 pm today)

If not, let us know.

Jamie will post the results for the other email situation (Chana).

Alfredo

Sent via email:

 Hey guys,

I sent you both replies on email yesterday but cannot figure out how to
reply to the ticket. Please let me know if there is a better way and if
you got my responses. The answer was the same for both, I did get
multiple emails from both people, but they had to re-send info they had
already sent me. For example, this is from chana, she sent the message
below at 1:37am. I had not received it and she re-sent it at 1:37pm.

   Thanks,

   dara

As for the email from chana sent at 1:37 am - our logs indicate that it was delivered to your mailbox at 1:34 am (it seems our computers times are a little bit out of sync):

Is it possible that you are doing spam checking or any other filtering in Thunderbird? I'm not sure why you were not able to see original message.
